At Maleyika, we take pride in offering handmade and custom-made products, created specifically to meet your unique needs. Due to the personalized nature of our items, they are not resalable. Therefore, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

Handmade and Custom-Made Products – Non-Refundable:

All of our products are made to order and fully customized for each client. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in your order (e.g., wrong size or color).

This policy is in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which acknowledge that custom-made products are not subject to the same refund conditions as standard items.

Exceptions – Defective Products or Order Errors:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that does not match your order, we are committed to offering you a free replacement. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details of the issue (including photos), so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Transparency and Legal Compliance:

This refund policy is established in accordance with UAE legislation, which allows businesses to refuse refunds for custom-made products, provided that this condition is clearly stated prior to purchase.
