Returns & Exchanges:

At Maleyika, we strive to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so you won’t encounter any surprises when you receive your items. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@maleyika.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of items are process and shipped within 48 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us during this period to attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation requests will be accepted if your order has already been processed.

 

Address Errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly to specify any changes. Modifications can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In such cases, these parcels may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus shipping costs, or we can provide a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of your order until your parcel has been received by the sender.

 

Return Policy

At Maleyika, we take great pride in our handmade and custom-made products. Each item is crafted with care and tailored to meet your specific preferences, making them truly unique.

Due to the nature of our products, they are non-resalable once created. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any items purchased. We encourage you to carefully review your order and ensure that all specifications are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Exceptions – Defective Products or Order Errors:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that does not match your order, we are committed to offering you a free replacement. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details of the issue (including photos), so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
