Shipping Policy
SHIPPING COSTS:
- All orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of AED 29,00 within the UAE.
- Depending the country outside the UAE, a specific shipping cost is established.
- Delivery costs will automatically update when you enter your personal information on the checkout page.
- Shipping is free for purchases over AED 1000.
- Sometimes, on some promotion periods, shipping cost can be offered.
- All our orders come with a tracking number provided by our shipping partner.
ORDER TRACKING:
Depending on the logistics company handling your package, you can track your order using the following links by entering your tracking number:
PROCESSING TIMES:
- Our processing times for your orders are 3 to 4 business days as our products are handcrafted.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- All orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days once your order has been processed. Deliveries are operating from Monday to Saturday.
MISSING ITEM:
- If your order or part of your order hasn’t been delivered, please wait an additional 24-48 hours beyond the expected delivery time. After this period, please email us at contact@maleyika.com. Our team is committed to responding within 24 hours.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
We pride ourselves on quickly processing all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@maleyika.com as soon as possible.
Since the majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it's crucial to contact us during this time to attempt to cancel your order before it’s processed and/or shipped.
Cancellation requests cannot be considered if the order has already been processed.
ADDRESS ERROR:
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your address and to contact us promptly for any modifications. Changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information or for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not necessarily.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer a refund of your order minus shipping fees or arrange for a reshipment, depending on your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund until your package has been received by the sender.
